BM_001/Z

The bagmaker BM_001/Z with Z-stacker produces bags for automatic filling stations.The machine could be fitted with differend types of optional units. One of these could be the zipper attachment ZIP_39. The Z-stacker is independantly adjustable to the product which runs on the machine. The amount of bags per row is also free adjustable. The Z-stacker allows the possibility to lay the rows  chatoyant.

BM_001/SR

The sealed edge bagmaker BM_001/SR produces bags with three sealed edges in single or double line.

For individual requests the company Schmidt Verpackungstechnik provides an extensive range of equipment compatable to the main machine BM_001/SR.

BM_001/BN

The bagmaker with bottom seal is in two variations available:

Variant 1:
The machine is fitted with a combinated seal bar and cutting blade system to make in one operation seal and cut. In the most cases it is possible to change the seal bar from the bottom seal to a side seal bar to produce side welded bags on the machine. This creates a higher flexibilty production range to the machine.

Variant 2:
The pure seal is done by an separate cross seal bar in the intermittent area on the machine frame. The cutting system is placed directly in front of the stacking table to separate the bags by a mechanical cutting system.

BM_001

The standard bagmaker BM_001 will be combined at customers request and specifications.

We provide two differend solutions. One for the reclosable bags - BM_001 / ZIP and the other for the soft loop handle - BM_001 / LHB.
The bagmaker BM_001 can be combined with any other equipment of the Schmidt Verpackungstechnik range.

SBM_100

The conic bagmaker is a complete separate line to produce conic bags and flower bags. The machine is available with an inline stacking table or with a double line pinnblock stacking system.

Wicket hole puncher, cross punch banks, bottom sealer and inline serration units are available to create the expected production.

FMA_120 with RP_110

The FMA_120: The sleeve line consist of an unwind stand, different types of tube folding devices plus different variantes of sealer plus double rewind section for twin line production.

The FMA_120 with RP_110: This is the same sleeve line as discribed above plus a continuous cross serration unit. As shown on the picture.
