Flexotec

We developed our own printing line to offer you production lines from one supplier. So we can equip our facility with a printing unit which fits in concept. Advantages are the integrity, and the rapid introduction into the composite systems with a printing unit which has been tailored to this application.

This results to simple single colour printing units, up to autonomous 8 colour tail-end printers.

FLEXOTEC:
     -1 to 8 colours
     - infeed and outlet drive each separate
       servo motor driven
     - each colour separate
       servo motor driven
     - electronically register set up and
        memory storage causes short
        change over times
     - either with sleeve change system
        in the machine
     - depending on the application, with
        ink roller or doctor blade chamber
        system
     - face and reverse side printing
     - up to 250m/min


		Here is our intent-printing with two colors as an autonomous unit with compensator or load cell designed for easy integration into the existing overall composite.
